We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to assume the role of Head of Logistic Shared Services Center (SSC).

This key leadership position involves overseeing a comprehensive range of logistic operations, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), Tax, Revenue Assurance, Finance Insurance Team, Travel & Expense (T&E), and Consolidation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and team management within the logistic shared services domain.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Logistic SSC, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize logistic operations within the SSC.
  • End-to-End Process Oversight:
    • Lead and manage the entire logistic operations, ensuring seamless integration of PTP, OTC, RTR, Tax, Revenue Assurance, Finance Insurance Team, T&E, and Consolidation processes.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all logistic SSC functions.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistic operations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost-saving measures.
  • Team Management:
    • Build and lead a high-performing logistic SSC team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, promoting a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Vendor and Partner Relationships:
    • Manage and cultivate relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, and external partners to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
    • Oversee negotiations and reviews of contracts with logistics partners, aligning agreements with business objectives.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance logistic operations, including the adoption of tracking systems, warehouse management systems, and other relevant tools.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in logistic SSC processes.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within logistic operations, particularly within a Shared Services Center environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistic processes, including PTP, OTC, RTR, Tax, Revenue Assurance, Finance Insurance, T&E, and Consolidation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and successful process optimization initiatives.
