The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. You will become an integral part of our growing finance team, working closely with global teammates.

The FSSC Process Manager will be key in the continued development and transformation of the Global FSSC function. They will be responsible for setting up asset management and relating accounts payable policy and processes which balances the efficiency and risk. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, highly self-driven, and embracing challenges and changes. The successful candidates will be able to think critically and creatively plan and execute effectively while collaborating across global locations. This is a full-time position based in our Los Angeles office.

  • Policy and Process Management:
    • Identify and implement policies/processes to meet business needs and ensure accounting compliance.
    • Balance efficiency and risk considerations in policy/process development.
  • Documentation:
    • Own the creation and maintenance of policy documents.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for finalizing, approving, and publishing policy documents.
  • Process Design and Analysis:
    • Design and/or re-engineer processes based on data analysis.
    • Provide data insights to operations and business teams.
    • Utilize BI tools for data analysis.
  • Business Requirements:
    • Compile business requirements in collaboration with operations teams.
    • Communicate requirements to the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) and engineering teams at the Headquarters.
  • Project Support:
    • Support system launch/enhancement projects.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Set up and regularly report KPIs.
  • Experience with process management.
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS and regional tax, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to get into detail and articulate findings to executive level.
  • Proficient in Excel and other office applications. Proficient in data analytics tools is preferred.
