As we continue to scale, we are looking for a people-oriented, analytical, and resourceful Head, Finance Shared Services to join us!

• Lead and coach a team of 15 to 20 finance professionals which includes account payables, account receivables, cash management, management, and statutory reporting.
• Recruit, train, and coach the team members ensuring they are performing up to standard.
• Manage/oversee the daily finance operational activities to ensure delivery in accordance with SLA.
• Communicate clearly to the team on the company’s direction to ensure its execution accordingly to the goals set.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Coordinate with audit, tax, and treasury manager on all financial accounting activities, ensuring financial reporting needs are met.
• Champion the continuous improvement initiatives in the department.

• 15 – 20 years of experience working in the Accounting and Finance role.
• With at least 10 years of team leading experience.
• Experience working in the shared service environment is preferred.
• Candidate must be familiar with IFRS.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills is needed for this role.
