Lead Our Team as the Head of Finance Shared Services

Are you ready to elevate your career in international finance? We’re actively seeking a dynamic professional to lead our finance team as the Head of Finance for our International Shared Services division. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Team, functioning as a shared service for the entire group to deliver financial services and reporting.

• Lead and manage the finance function for international shared services, aligning with global financial goals.
• Supervise and drive the Shared Service Centre for Accounts Payable, Collections, Banking, and Payments
• Develop and implement financial strategies for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for international shared services.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the CEO and Board, supporting annual audit processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Proven experience in a senior finance role with a focus on international operations;
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse, cross-cultural team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Fully proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
