Aristocrat is seeking a People & Culture Global Operations Service Delivery Leader within the P&C Global Operations team for a full-time (preferred Las Vegas or Austin based) role to lead the ongoing design, development, and improvement of the P&C Global Operations delivery model. The successful candidate will lead the enterprise-wide P&C operations Service Delivery team, to enable our P&C operational service delivery model, transition new work into shared services, integrate new companies from M&A deals and elevate our services via automation, optimization and standardization to support Aristocrat’s business needs and success.
- Supports the build of organizational capability within the P&C Global Operations function to develop a highly effective shared services team to serve our employees
- Leads the design and implementation of solution capabilities across projects and provides P&C expertise for people, process & technology across all P&C functions and initiatives
- Translates P&C stakeholder needs into technical requirements and works to ensure a seamless delivery of services
- Leads migration and integration work and performs the analysis, design, creation of process flows, procedures, testing and support plan to ensure the successful transition, migration of work
- Owns the P&C Service Delivery function, coordinating and collaborating with overall Operations leadership team and other functional groups
- Leads the analysis, ideation, planning and supports testing for the establishment of high-quality delivery of all in-scope services meeting employee expectations for accuracy and timeliness
- Leads team to provide Tier 3 Subject Matter Expertise across all in-scope services
- Partners with Service Operations and Systems to build systems, processes and procedures to provide controls, safeguarding of assets, efficient execution of all activities and avoidance of errors
- Leads the development, maintenance, transition and improvement of P&C processes, systems and technology
- Provides insight and expertise to the Global P&C Operations team in all aspects of delivery
- Creates, maintains and owns all Global P&C Operations knowledge artifacts – flow diagrams, DTPs etc
- Owns our P&C Operations vendors, third party relationships, negotiation of services, service level agreements and management of costs
- Recommends new approaches, practices and procedures across all P&C operational services, accelerates end-to-end process documentation, and enhances the end user experience
- Leads cross-functional efforts globally for an enterprise view and initiatives that make a difference, identifies and seeks input from key stakeholders internally and externally, and contributes advisory expertise and experience
- Drives measurable improvements through training, adoption, communication and change management eliminating process friction points, reducing cycle times and improving customer, candidate and employee satisfaction
- Drives automation, standardization, optimization enhancements to improve operating efficiency and end-user experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent level of experience directly relevant to the role.
- 10+ years of P&C experience leading teams within P&C operations, or shared service areas
- Demonstrated experience in providing internal P&C consultation, stakeholder partnering, developing and managing project road maps, business case development, leading global teams, solution architecting (point-of-view) and vendor management
- Demonstrated experience to lead analysis workshops, document requirements across multiple P&C disciplines and integrate solutions within various tools/ processes.
- Preferred experience using Workday and understanding of Workday business processes within a techno-functional capacity.
- Demonstrated experience using case tools (i.e: ServiceNow) for work allocation, metrics and knowledge materials
- Demonstrated experience in people management, leading and developing high performing global teams
- Demonstrated experience to assess and recommend “right-sized” solutions (people, process and technology) using harmonization, optimization and automation
- Demonstrated experience in P&C transactional processing activities and operational excellence
- Highly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organization with ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on project needs.
