We are currently seeking a Head of ERP/R2R (m/f/d) to join the Global Finance Team at DHL Freight Head Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the ERP strategy for DHL Freight, ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting principles and regulations. You and your ERP team will work closely with the executive team to provide accurate and timely financial information, enabling the preparation of financial statements and achieving a clean external audit report.

• Develop and implement DHL Freight Accounting and General Ledger strategy, including planning, processes, products, and budgets.
• Drive ERP change agenda and implement new generation accounting systems, while managing cross-departmental projects to optimize accounting processes and align standards.
• Manage the R2R activities in our shared service center, ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information is provided to the country teams to produce the financial statements
• Manage the service relationship with specific business units for GL accounting services.
• Lead the selection and management of external consultants and advisors, as well as oversee the production and submission of reports and statutory returns to regulatory authorities.
• Align change agenda with other major finance transformation processes across towers and the Freight Digital Transformation program

• You have a Master degree in Finance / Controlling
• You have over 8 years of experience in ERP/R2R Processes, preferably Oracle
• You have proven leadership experience, having successfully led diverse teams
• You have strong knowledge in international accounting standard (IFRS)
• You are a strategic and conceptual thinker with excellent business/commercial acumen
• You are proficient in working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• You have excellent project management skills coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
