• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB standards and reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Management and further development of the accounting team (main and subsidiary ledger, fixed assets and payment transactions)
• Guarantee and continuous development of processes in the Shared Service Center
• Contact person for the CFO, management and other internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for tax and statistical reports, tax returns and carrying out tax audits
• Collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
• Participation in projects such as optimizing the SAP landscape

• University degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with further training as an accountant/international accountant
• Profound management experience in an industrial company in the areas mentioned, ideally in the development and expansion of a shared service center
• Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, ideally also in tax law
• Very good communication skills, experience in change management and a confident demeanor
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Proficient in German and English
