• Conceptualize, design and implementation of finance processes or cross-functional end-to-end processes as well as further development and optimization of existing processes including related interfaces and responsibilities
• Manage of international, cross-functional projects or sub-projects
• Lead or conduct workshops and process analyses as well as create, align and maintain process designs and process documentation
• Be the central contact and “integrator” for DSE business functions and DSE IT
• Develop and optimization of the process-oriented performance management and support the head of the European (Finance) Shared Services (ESS) in the process-oriented steering of the processes
• Contribute to transformation projects of the ESS on European or global level and in the introduction of S/4HANA in a highly exposed role
• Shape the introduction of new systems and tools and the continuous optimization, digitalization and automation of processes
• Design and further develop dashboards (e.g. in Qlik sense or Power BI), applications and tools across the complete lifecycle
• Assessment and control of external service providers
• Support of the SAP modules FI/CO as a central contact person and interface to align the requirements of Business and IT

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, IT or comparable; further related certificates and trainings highly welcome
• At least 6 – 8 years of professional experience in (senior) business process management; consulting experience in management, process or IT consulting desired
• Excellent “integrator” & translator between IT and Business; ability to communicate and prepare complex issues in a comprehensive and pragmatic manner
• Very strong Business expertise and process knowledge in finance, accounting and end-to-end (e.g. quote-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay)
• Many years of experience in managing cross-functional, international projects with complex delivery responsibility, ideally in process-oriented design and implementation projects in the area of Business Process Management
• Profound experience in process modeling and documentation
• Profound experience in the digitalization and automation of processes, ideally also in the design and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)
• Profound knowledge of the SAP modules FI/CO, ideally also MM and SD
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
• Strong communication skills with a high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Innovation driver with high implementation skills and “hands-on mentality”
• Fluent written and spoken English skills; fluent German skills desired
