The Shared Service Delivery (SSD) area is responsible for service design, service development and the provision of all end-user, data center & cloud infrastructure as well as communication services in the BWI service portfolio. It primarily provides standardized service solutions for customers. Shared Service Delivery is an integral part of the CDO and is therefore largely responsible for the common goals and measures. Our motivation is maximum operational stability and high customer satisfaction. The SSD PoD 1 Coll Service Management Team 1 area is responsible for providing services relating to mail, enterprise content management, files and provides standardized service solutions.
- Disciplinary management of the SSD PoD 1 Coll Team 1 department
- Responsibility for the further development and optimization of the individual services provided in coordination with the technical management
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of procedures and work processes as well as for managing risks
- Ensuring compliance with given specifications and goals as well as the necessary further training measures
- Ensuring comprehensive and standardized cooperation with the other SSD and BWI units
- Completed studies in the IT environment or comparable training
- Approximately 6 years of relevant professional and several years of disciplinary leadership experience as well as advanced methodological knowledge in employee leadership and management
- Knowledge of ITIL, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and IT management activities as well as the necessary cross-disciplinary knowledge to handle complex tasks, including advanced market, industry and company knowledge
- Broad experience and specialist knowledge in the area of providing and further developing IT services in the areas of mail, enterprise content management and files is desirable
- Openness to change and willingness for constant personal development
- Resilience, high motivation to perform, self-confident and present appearance as well as strong teamwork, communication and motivational skills including social skills
