VolkerWessels Telecom, with 1800 FTE, operates from 5 Business Units in the Netherlands and Germany. The head office is in Nieuwegein. For the Financial Shared Service Center we are looking for an FSSC Manager who is responsible for the implementation of the financial administration of around 15 companies.

• As an FSSC Manager you are ultimately responsible for the quality, timeliness and productivity of your teams.
• You are a committed leader, progressive and know how to motivate the team in the right way and include your enthusiasm in order to achieve the best results.
• Every day you manage the team of approximately 20 professionals and you are ultimately responsible for carrying out the work of the FSSC.
• Jointly responsible for relevant instructions, procedures and processes;
• The connecting factor between the FSSC and the business;
• Those who aim for continuous improvement and efficiency (through digitalization);
• Those who strive for maximum quality and optimal results within the FSSC.

• A completed education HEAO BE/Economics/RA, HBO/WO work and thinking level
• At least 5 to 7 years of demonstrable managerial experience, preferably within an FSSC;
• People manager, able to motivate and enthuse people.
• Broad professional knowledge in the field of financial administrations and processes;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
• Experience with change and (digital) implementation processes;
• Flexible, innovative and solution-oriented;
• Goal-oriented and proactive.
