Exclusively mandated by a major company in the Bienne region, we are looking for a Senior Payroll and Shared Services Manager.

• Supervision of all processes related to salary administration on SAP HCM
• Management of the technical interfaces of the system, being the reference person for questions and requests for development or optimization of HR systems
• Answering employees’ questions regarding questions relating to labor law and social insurance, as well as contact with various organizations.
• Responsible for entering and updating master and salary data in SAP, including running the technical payroll cycle.
• Coordination of tasks within the HR Services sector made up of 15 employees.
• Animation, training and management of the life of the HR Services team.
• Design of the organization, processes and documents in the field of HR Services.
• Active participation and support in various HR projects.

• Solid professional experience in a similar function, particularly in Payroll and social insurance
• Sense of service and human qualities in order to inform and guide employees on various HR issues
• Proven managerial and leadership experience
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• Excellent IT skills on Excel and SAP HCM
• Fluency in French and German
