China is looking for a Service Line Manager in Shanghai / Suzhou to optimize the product portfolio of purchasing services, develop new solution and service to support customer digitalization transformation and gain new business opportunities, control the critical processes to meet business expectations, maintain the relation with business stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimize product portfolio and develop better solutions and service focus on direct material purchasing to support customer digitalization transformation and gain new business opportunities, with a good business insight and strategy thinking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation initiatives to improve working process efficiency and increase performance and productivity.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers to win new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Effective team resource management to meet business needs and limit support interruption. And develop team competence to meet business development request.
- Fulfill Budget & Planning control with supporting from BA team.
- Bachelor or above degree
- Min 10 years’ experience in purchasing and logistics processes in a multicultural environment
- Professional leadership and people development abilities. Above 5 years’ experience in management is prefer
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) and OneSRM (or ARIBA, COUPA)
- Be familiar with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI) and process automation solutions (e.g RPA) is an advantage
- Certification in PMP / LEAN or similar methodology is an advantage
- Be able to work under pressure and quick adoption in new environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Good presentation skills
- Superior problem-solving skills and high working efficiency
- Fluent English both writing and speaking
