As the Senior Director of People Services, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and encouraging leadership to colleagues directly within your team. You will also serve as a site leader/host manager for other People Services colleagues who may be co-located in your site. Your role will involve building and maintaining high-quality teams with a passion for service delivery and innovation. You will be responsible for delivering key projects, programs and initiatives, developing a cohesive long-range People Services Strategy and Roadmap, and crafting a culture of tight-knit collaboration and partnership across People Services and wider HR/GBS teams. You will also be accountable for owning and understanding budgets, supervising Regular Budget Updates alongside our Finance Business Partners, planning and forecasting short/long range budgets.

• Experience leading large, sophisticated teams across multiple geographies
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
• Experience/comfort in working with and handling senior partners across the business
• Ability to recruit, build and retain teams delivering strong performance
• Ability to respond to issues/problems/defects with immediate vitality and work with appropriate teams to bring quick resolution
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Portuguese (preferred)
