Our client is a leading conglomerate with operations spanning manufacturing, food, construction, property development, services, and trading with a turnover of more than 30 billion Baht.

  • Provide strategic financial leadership across the Group’s subsidiaries, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage the Group’s financial strategy, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure.
  • Lead foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies, particularly for the Group’s significant export operations.
  • Drive the transformation and implementation of Shared Service Centers (SSC) for corporate functions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among the CFOs of the subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall strategic goals.
  • Engage in high-level decision-making processes, directly reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the CEO group, providing comprehensive financial insights and forecasts.
  • Explore and evaluate opportunities for international investments and assist in the analysis of potential M&A opportunities to foster growth and expansion.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management strategies are in place, particularly in relation to financial instruments and market fluctuations.
  • Proven experience as a CFO, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing business.
  • Expertise in financial management practices, including foreign exchange hedging, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning is mandatory.
  • Experience in overseeing financial operations of a conglomerate with multiple subsidiaries, demonstrating a successful track record in transformation projects and SSC implementations.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to make strategic decisions that align with the Group’s goals and objectives.
  • Previous experience in international investment and M&A activities, with an ability to analyze and execute growth opportunities..
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change across a diverse group of businesses.
