Responsible for Japan & Korea financial reporting and financial analysis, internal controls, business process improvement, providing advisory and support service to local and corporate management teams, compliance, risk management. Manage India Shared Service Treasury Department.

• Report to Div VP-Asia Controller, with a dotted line report to Japan Country Managers, and provide overall financial leadership to the finance team in Japan
• Work closely with the Business Unit Controllers and support their financial reporting
• Maintain effective internal controls
• Ensure tax & SOX compliance
• Provide leadership and oversee statutory, tax and management reporting as well as budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Support integration of new business units into Japan entity including financial reporting, business processes, ERP system set up and support.
• Develop the financial staff
• Control overhead costs and expenses
• Provide financial support to North Asia country managers to meet growth strategies and solve business challenges
• Support treasury & working capital management
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax bureau

Education background/Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or its equivalent, ACCA/CPA preferred.

Working experience: At least 12 years finance working experiences in US MNCs
