As the Regional HRSS Manager based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will spearhead our HR operations across the region. This vital role encompasses leading payroll management, benefits administration, process optimization, and leveraging data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions. - Payroll Management: Develop and refine payroll processes to ensure compliance with legal standards globally, maintaining payroll data integrity.
- Employee Benefits: Oversee the benefits programs, continuously seeking improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- HR Support & Issue Resolution: Provide immediate support for employee inquiries, fostering a culture of collaboration and effective problem resolution.
- Process Improvement: Lead efforts to optimize HR processes, adopting innovative practices to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics to provide insightful HR reporting, supporting the organization’s strategic planning with data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Ensure a seamless partnership with the accounting department for accurate and efficient payroll management.
- HR Cyclical Processes: Support key HR initiatives such as talent management and succession planning, aligning with the organization’s growth and development goals.
- Audit Oversight: Manage and coordinate payroll audits with auditors to ensure compliance and improve processes.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Shared Services, particularly in payroll management. Experience in setting up and managing shared service centers is highly regarded.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., BIPO, ADP, Kronos) and MS Office. A comprehensive understanding of global payroll laws and regulations is crucial.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
