Adecco is partnering with one of Asia’s largest real estate groups, renowned for its diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and retail spaces.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join as HR Shared Services Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and report directly to the Head of Shared Services.
- Lead and manage a team of 8 HR executives, overseeing HR operations including file management and Work Pass administration.
- Streamline HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and foster strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR Operations team, facilitating their growth and development.
- Offer expert advice on the Employment Act, CPF Act, and the Work Pass Process to stakeholders.
- 8 years of relevant experience in an HR shared service environment, supporting a high volume of headcount.
- 5 years of experience in people management, leading a team of at least 5 members.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
