This is a key Leadership position for the new Payroll and HR Admin Shared Services structure in Americas Region for ZFs Passive Safety Systems. In this position you will support Global HR SSC leadership in building HR SSC structures and standardize processes, implement solutions tailored to the need of the business (in-house or outsourced) and apply thought leadership in your area. You shape the structures and lead team of payroll specialists across the region to support Mexico, US, Canada, Brazil (supporting a total of 20,000 employees) and emerging markets as our Passive Safety Systems business grows.
- Support the design of the Regional HR SSC structures to provide Payroll and also later HR Admin integrated solution
- Work with Global HR SSC Leadership and Regional HR Leadership to implement the `right fit` model with either in-house or outsourced solution
- Lead a team of Payroll experts supporting process in the region
- Provide process standardization and harmonization for both Payroll as well as HR Admin
- Ensure payroll compliance framework is in place and local regulations are complied with
- Establish effective regional service delivery model with monitoring through global KPIs as well as regular benchmarking against `best market practices`
- Work with HR IT function in the region to ensure process digitization and standardization
- +8 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in leadership role (Shared Services and/or Payroll background preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of building payroll solutions (from design to delivery)
- Experience in managing outsourced payroll solution
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Leadership experience
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders in the region
- Good knowledge of payroll solutions (systems, vendors)
