JSS Transform are working with a Global Manufacturing business who are looking for an exceptional GPO, responsible for the HTR end-to-end process.

You will create a process vision and governance model to drive and deliver the transformation agenda by leading initiatives and improvements at a strategic and transactional level. This role is part of a wider, fast moving, Transformation programme.

Transformation and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop process improvement plans ensuring appropriate prioritisation and supported by robust data and clear cost/benefit business cases
  • Lead process development to support end-to-end process cost optimisation and where applicable growth and new revenue streams ensuring core processes remain relevant and agile to changing business needs
  • Support the design and implementation of the global transformation program

Performance & Process

  • Confidently articulate the vision for the end-to-end process defining accountabilities, leading, actioning and educating on change
  • Monitor the overall health of Global HTR processes including evaluating trends in KPIs and other efficiency metrics.

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Ensure effective engagement of all relevant parts in the business through stakeholder mapping, planned engagement and timely communication
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Global HTR team in delivering high quality and efficient services to key stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a dynamic major transformation programme and fast-moving change environment, with the ability to support others in their change delivery
  • Senior HR generalist experience with in-depth knowledge of all employee lifecycle processes (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Payroll etc)
  • Experience in an HTR environment GPO including leadership positions of increasing responsibilities/accountability
  • Leadership experience within an outsourced or shared service HTR function
