We are looking for a great colleague to strengthen our RENEWI HR team! As an HR Business Partner for our Shared Service in Lommel, you will be the HR point of contact for around 200 employees within Finance and HR . You are also the HR sparring partner for our management at the SSC.

  • You help implement the HR policy of our SSC. This means that you translate the policy into concrete actions and optimizations in the field of HR that is tailored to company goals and individual interests.
  • You act as a point of contact for managers for HR-related questions and advise them on the various HR domains (onboarding, training and development, the annual performance cycle, absenteeism, etc.)
  • You provide information for reports and predetermined KPIs.
  • You participate in various regional/national consultations where you also provide input for HR topics.
  • You coordinate recruitment and selection together with line management, the Talent Acquisition Specialist and external parties.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an employee in an HR department in a generalist role.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
  • You mainly work from Lommel, but are also willing to move sporadically to other locations in Belgium or the Netherlands.
  • You are a dynamic and communicative person and have a real can-do mentality with attention to procedures and regulations.
