To ensure a high quality of services and deliverables for the regional office across different functions for the Shared Services team (Finance, HR, MedSupply). This will include the functional support and management oversight of the team to ensure effective and efficient operational support delivered in Cairo, Egypt. The Shared Services Manager will also be responsible of managing the office day-to-day tasks, and people management.

Required Work Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Management, HR & Finance.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, team management and stakeholder management.
- Strong ability to lead changes.
- Preferably in the Business-to-Business services or solutions industry.
- Experience in oil, gas, mining, or major infrastructure projects preferred.
- Previous international work experience.
- Previous experience in managing a complex team.
- Previous work experience in the Middle East region and/or developing environments.
- Experience working in large multinational matrixed management environment strongly desired.
Required Qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree in Business or Management Sciences is essential.
Required Languages:
- Arabic essential
- English essential
Travel / Rotation Requirements:
- Travel regionally might be required.
