In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and further developing a cross-functional in-house consulting company that specializes in process excellence
- You lead an interdisciplinary team of 14 employees, including 6 direct reporting lines, working in two locations (Krefeld / Budapest).
- Your responsibilities include driving process governance, harmonization, standardization and digitalization
- You are instrumental in implementing and promoting a continuous improvement process
- Your tasks will also include the introduction and further development of innovative solutions such as robotics and process mining, where you will work closely with governance and IT
- You will successfully implement the project portfolio of our Global Business Services (GBS) as well as selective cross-functional processes in accordance with the central specifications
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable training
- You have several years of experience as an internal or external consultant: in the area of process management and optimization (experience in a retail or shared service environment is an advantage)
- Your methodological expertise in process and project management is outstanding, and you have proven experience in initiating and supporting change processes, ideally in a lean environment
- You can draw on in-depth leadership experience
- Your extensive experience in change and stakeholder management extends across all management levels of an international company
