- Disciplinary management of the SSD PoD2 C&P Cloud Team 1 department
- Responsibility for the creation and compliance with the goals based on the relevant (partial) strategy papers for the department and the service architects
- Management and control of resources for the technological development/further development of services and architectures
- Shared responsibility for the architectural implementation of the commissioned technical services and the Cloud First strategy in accordance with time, cost and quality goals, together with the person responsible
- Ensuring the early identification of risks and cross-departmental management of suitable migration measures
- Ensuring comprehensive and standardized cooperation with the other SSD and BWI units
- Responsible for the further development and optimization of service-specific architectures in close cooperation with service management and shared service architecture
- Ensuring necessary coordination on commercial, customer or supplier-related topics as well as complex and cross-organizational projects and plans
- Completed university degree in the IT environment or comparable
- At least 6 years of relevant, subject-related professional and several years of leadership experience and advanced methodological knowledge in employee leadership and management
- Broad experience and very good knowledge of the use of cloud technologies
- Advanced market, industry and company knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and IT management
- Openness to change and willingness for constant personal development
- Resilience, high motivation to perform, self-confident appearance as well as strong team, communication and motivation skills
- Proficient in German and English
