Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be partnered with our longstanding, international plc client in their search for an exceptional Senior Finance Manager based in Sheffield on a hybrid basis.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly into the Head of Finance in which you’ll have full ownership of the International Reporting function. You will be responsible for leading on all management reporting activities, including production of monthly reporting packs for the CFO, Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
This role requires an excellent understanding of IFRS and you will have the ability to anticipate reporting needs and connect events in the business and the macro environment to business performance.
You will be managing a small team with 3 direct reports. As such, this role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, team motivation, management and process management skills.

- Responsible for management reporting provided centrally for use internationally
- Review all reporting produced by the team
- Enhance existing reporting and develop new outputs through appropriate data visualization tools
- Ensure there is discipline around the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of reporting
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partners to provide data and reporting that is meaningful and can be translated and used by the business
- Oversight of the Shared Service Centre who are responsible for standard report production
- Qualified, senior accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Technologically savvy, including a good working knowledge of reporting tools and technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to bring data to life and make it understandable for non-finance stakeholders
- Be a self-starter, who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Be able to think strategically and creatively, balancing this with deep analytical and numeracy skills
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships within the company
- Act as an effective brand ambassador and an internal change agent
- Be comfortable operating in sometimes ambiguous situations, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative personal working style
