Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dynamic and deeply passionate HR leader to join our team as the Director, HR Shared Services, People Insights and HR Programs. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture (Head of HR for Lifemark) The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering high quality HR services to our employees. The Director will play a crucial role in managing our HRIS and driving People Insights to help inform the enhancement of our strategic HR programs.
HR Shared Services
- Lead and oversee the HR Shared Services function, ensuring it delivers a high-quality and consistent experience for all people leaders and employees.
- Work in partnership with the team to create SOP’s, training documents, self service documents
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of HR service delivery.
- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) to set clear expectations for service delivery and performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and optimize HR service delivery processes in compliance with HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence
- By assigning clear responsibilities for administrative processes to reach operational excellence through streamlined processes and optimized workflows.
HRIS Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data security.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement and integrate HRIS upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect the integrity of personnel data.
People Insights:
- Drive the development and utilization of People Insights, leveraging data analytics to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights to enhance employee experience
Strategic HR Programs:
- Develop, implement, and enhance strategic HR programs that align with organizational strategic goals and foster employee engagement.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Change Management & Innovation
- Leverage a change management approach to the implementation of all initiatives related to HR processes, technologies, and organizational transformation.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance HR service delivery and support a positive employee experience.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and support to employees.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that aligns with Lifemark’s values and goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Org Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on HR shared services and HRIS management.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Change Management certification, Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or similar
- Proven experience in overseeing and enhancing strategic HR programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
