Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth objectives and maximize shareholder value.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial insights to senior management.
- Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Shared Services Leadership
- Oversee the shared services departments, including IT, HR, Accounting, and Legal, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the shared services teams.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across all departments.
Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to identify strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making processes and drive business performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Performance Management
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of financial and shared services initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors on financial and operational performance.
Team Development
- Build and develop high-performing teams within the finance and shared services departments, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, capabilities, and career progression opportunities.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
