We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance for Shared Services to lead our conversion from a fragmented, decentralized model to a coordinated and centralized model of finance and accounting support.

• Lead and manage the finance shared services team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement shared services strategies to streamline financial processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for portfolio companies, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams at portfolio companies to ensure alignment with Singer Industrial’s financial policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and systems.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance shared services or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing finance shared services teams.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the industrial or acquisitions industry preferred.
