Strategic planning and execution:
- Develop and implement human resources shared service strategic plans based on the company’s overall development strategy;
- Build and improve the human resources shared service system to improve human resources operation efficiency and service quality.
Operations Management:
- Be fully responsible for the daily operation management of the Human Resources Shared Service Center, including but not limited to the centralized processing and optimization of recruitment, training, salary and benefits, employee relations and other modules;
- Develop and continuously improve business processes to ensure the standardization and standardized operation of each process to meet internal customer needs. Team building and talent cultivation:
- Build and lead an efficient human resources shared service team to conduct staffing, performance management and career development planning;
- Promote the improvement of professional skills of team members and cultivate comprehensive human resources service talents.
Technological innovation applications:
- Digital transformation of human resources, promoting the construction and optimization of HR information systems, and using advanced technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of human resources services;
Internal and external communication and coordination:
- Effectively connect with various departments of the company, understand and meet their human resource needs, and provide professional solutions;
- Maintain good external relationships with governments, partners, etc. to ensure the accurate implementation of human resources related policies and regulations.
- Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, business management and other related majors are preferred;
- Work experience: more than 8 years of human resources work experience, at least 3 years of management experience in the human resources shared service center of a large enterprise;
- Knowledge and skills: Be familiar with national labor laws and regulations, master modern human resource management theories and practical methods; have strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to use information tools;
- Competence and quality: Have excellent leadership, execution and teamwork spirit, excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills;
- Others: Applicants with working experience in internationally renowned human resources consulting companies or large multinational companies will be given priority.
