• Fuel, User charges and Ground Handling CIDOCs E5 maintenance
• Ensuring that all audit action points are actioned on time and according to the client requirement
• Continuously improving own area of responsibility; simplification, automation and robotisation of CIDOC process with focus to:
• Reduce the number of miscellaneous lines so that automatic approval levels increase
• Assess the tolerance reports and investigate and address the underlying reasons for why invoices exceed the tolerances
• Data cleanse the master data for passengers’ statistics components- Review each components statistic driver per the invoice and ensure that statistics are in place for that component
• Complete the SEQILA database and use it to interface the rate updates removing duplication of efforts
• Support in potential migration to SAP system (BRF+/DOC processes)

• MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields,
• Experience in working for financial international organization,
• Working proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA, experience in BRF+, E5 will be an asset,
• Knowledge of suppliers and contract management,
• Strong financial and business orientation, ability to evaluate, analysing and presenting skills,
• Operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines,
• English skills on at least B2 level,
