In your Senior Project Manager – (Global Business Services) role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

• Provide expert program/ project management and leading medium to high complexity global/ regional projects
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design and implement business processes and workflows
• Support the shaping, steering and implementation of a consistent approach and message concerning the continuous improvement and transformation across GBS

• Highly motivated self-starter and takes ownership of programs/ projects and tasks
• Minimum 10 years hands on experience in leading multi-country projects across multiple functions in medium to large multi-national corporations with track record of delivering results while creating and maintaining an engaged work environment, preferable within Global Business/ Shared Services
• Staying current with best practices in project management, change management and continuous improvement along with determining how these can be applied within the organization
• Degree in Technology/ Finance/ Engineering related field with professional qualification related to Project Management, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Finance (PMP/ Agile/ LEAN Six Sigma/ Accountancy) is preferred
• Good command of verbal and written English, ability to understand and read any other Asian language would be an added advantage
