Our client is a leader within the high-tech manufacturing industry experiencing exponential growth globally. As they continue to expand their operations as well as finance capabilities, they are seeking a SAP Finance Operations & Systems Manager.

Reporting to the Regional Shared Services Lead, you will work independently as a bridge between Finance and IT to ensure smooth functioning of financial systems, tools and implementation of new system changes. You will be responsible for streamlining of new technologies to ensure proper integration with existing financial systems, proper system governance and controls as well as monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting financial systems. You will drive financial process integration and system implementation post M&A and business unit reorganization as well as newly incorporate entities.

You will be supporting the Finance team with month-end closing processes and procedures, reconciliation of reports every quarter/year. You will also provide necessary training and support to end users of financial systems, and maintaining of user procedures and standards. Last but not least, as a SAP Super user, you will be involved in the design and implementation of SAP S4 Hana and identify and drive efficiency and process improvement initiatives such as automation, streamlining financial processes, etc.

As the successful candidate you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role working between Finance and IT
• Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting, financial systems and processes
• Proficient with SAP Financial & Controlling Module, Blackline and Power BI.
• Proven success in project management involving system implementation, integration, etc
• Ability to be hands-on and work across different functions and departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
