One of the largest retailers is looking for a Head of Marketing and Digital to look after their shared services team. This role comes with two main principles which include strong people management skills as well as strong in executing digital channel management as well as marketing strategies.
- Manage the global Marketing & Digital shared services team
- Execute on marketing strategies and schedules set by Digital CoE leads with the objective of increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads & sales through digital channels.
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Digital Experience & Loyalty and the Head of Shared Services to ensure key priorities and objectives are understood, and the team is set up to achieve these.
- Track and report on the KPIs set by DPE Digital and Marketing CoEs on a regular basis.
- Coach and support Shared Service employees to operate within agreed ways of working and processes set by Digital CoE Leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on operations and strategic implementation.
- Proven experience in managing a large team effectively to achieve strong results and positive employee experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in the field.
- Excellent people skills.
