Our client is the GBS organisation of a large global shipping player. While the GBS organisation spans over 10,000 people globally, the Mumbai City Centre, which is a fast-growing office, houses more than 1000 FTEs.

• Designing a world-class Customs Tower ensuring high levels of skill and capability
• Delivering top-quartile service delivery to global customers
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation
• Ensuring that transitioned work melds seamlessly into the organisation
• Serving as a key leader across the entire GBS organisation globally, managing a team of over 700 FTEs

• Hail from or be ready to relocate to Mumbai City
• Be from the Outsourcing or GCC industry, ideally in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Domain
• Possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Be thoroughly familiar with Customs as a process within the Shipping and Logistics Industries
• Have a penchant for grooming successors and leading and mentoring induviduals
