  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals and supports its talent management objectives.
  • Establish the strategic direction for compensation and benefits policy development and programs including salary planning, operational bonus programs, Annual Incentive Plans, long-term incentive plans, and global benefit programs.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute plans to address short- and long-term business needs that support the organization’s pay-for-performance strategy including performance measuring and an annual merit program.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure Percepta’s total reward and compensation strategy maintains a competitive market position responsive to business needs while ensuring compensation budgets are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices.
  • Oversee the design and administration of the company’s compensation structure, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to global total rewards, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers on compensation, benefits, and payroll-related solutions while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all internal and external compensation data.
  • Maintain and ensure consistency with Percepta’s job evaluation process while retaining the ability to evolve the evaluation process to grow with the organization and consistent administration of the Fair Labor Standard Act duties test in the US.
  • Lead the design, communication, and administration of the global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees about the company’s total rewards programs.
  • Support the global HR reporting and survey function with their regular reports on key metrics for the organization and HR ensuring proper reporting of client-required HR reports, internal HR metrics, organizational reporting requests, and internal and client surveys.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Review, refresh, and execute the global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and driving process improvements.
  • Provide leadership, professional development, and direction to the functional team.
  • Manage and maximize vendor relationships, consultants, and other external resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience (10 + years) in global total rewards management, preferably in a BPO or multinational environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in an internal global HR shared service role or an HR professional services environment with experience across two or more HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, or Payroll
  • 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience managing, implementing, and upgrading HRIS.
  • Global experience leading a payroll function for a BPO – preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at any given time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative and process-driven, constantly looking for ways to find better leads and improve effectiveness.
  • Ability to “think on feet” and thrive under pressure.
  • Manage effectively in a result-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high-volume, demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll Systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • Understand the external marketplace for all locations and the impact it has on sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and external resources.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and employees.
