- Leverage your 10+ years of IT/shared services experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and/or Genesys for 5+ years.
- Dive into the realms of ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and Procurement (S2P), bringing your expertise to enhance our processes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) within Enterprise Business Solution (EBS), Supply Chain (SC), and IT Service Management (ITSM) to implement ServiceNow modules.
- Engage with infrastructure/networking and functional teams to shape Genesys telephony solutions.
- Lead and manage resources from SI vendor partners, ensuring the agile delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Establish a robust governance structure for the enterprise-level management of the ServiceNow platform and Genesys.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT/shared services.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and/or Genesys Cloud is a must.
- Prior exposure to ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and Procurement (S2P) is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
