Are you ready to lead and transform? We are on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Head of SSC to settle and manage our brand-new facility in Sofia. This pivotal role offers the chance to establish the SSC from the ground up, driving the performance of essential support functions including purchasing, sales support, and finance.
- Lead with Vision: Guide a team of up to 30, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive Service Excellence: Ensure top-notch service delivery across all functions, while championing process optimization and automation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as the key liaison with our headquarters in Germany, aligning SSC activities with global objectives.
- Build and Scale: Lay the groundwork for the SSC’s operations, defining clear goals, timelines, and metrics.
- Engage and Influence: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote the SSC’s value and align with organizational goals.
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling SSCs or similar operations.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, adept in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in process optimization, particularly in purchasing, sales support, and finance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
