Our Global media client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager, with large scale ServiceNow transformation experience across ITSM and other modules such as HR and Finance.
- The role will include working closely and managing the main suppliers, including the Elite ServiceNow Partner. You will be responsible for making sure delivery is on track and reporting into C-Level Management on progress, major issues and making sure requirements are being met. We are looking for someone that has the gravitas and strong communications to operate at a senior level.
- Role will be working alongside internal technical management team, Project Managers, Product Manager etc ensuring that they have what they need, act as an escalation point for them and be able to predict, prioritise and prevent major problems and delays. This role is essential in understanding the wider impact and bigger picture and enable solutions to supplier problems and provide the appropriate reporting at the right level of detail.
The right person does not need to be highly technical in ServiceNow as this is a transformation role and there is a strong technical presence, however they do need to understand the ServiceNow Platform and modules and be able to identify what is being defined, delivered and be credible and confident when dealing with senior management and suppliers.
This is working for a large international enterprise and you will need previous recent experience of managing a large (1000+ Seat) ServiceNow transformation programme similar to this.
