Our client is a market-leading global MNC, having presence across geographies.
- Lead the Shared Service function and manage the overall finance processes (R2R/P2P/O2C)
- Ensure high-quality services are provided to the parent entity, across multiple functions within the finance domain
- Set-up processes within the AR, MIS, Transfer Pricing & Inventory management service delivery teams
- Managing core accounting & financial reporting activities
- Drive process improvement initiatives for the centre
- Ensure statutory compliances are met, as per all the international standards
- Qualified MBA/Master’s Graduate in Finance, Commerce
- Hans-on experience managing end-to-end finance service delivery functions (R2R/P2P/O2C)
- Prior experience in a team-handling role is a must
- Extensive knowledge across global accounting & compliance policies is a must (IFRS, etc)
