We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our clients team as the Vice President of Shared Services. This key member will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the financial functions of a global organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial operations, a proven track record of driving process improvements, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth objectives.

Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Lead the annual budget process and long-term financial planning

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide regular financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct initiatives to optimize working capital and cash flow

Operational Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Implement best practices for financial controls, risk management and compliance
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and cash.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build and lead high performing financial operations team
• Provide mentorship, coaching and professional development to team members
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives
• Work closely with the CFO, SVP Accounting and other executives to support strategic decision-making
• Provide financial insights and support for business development activities.

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience (8+ years) in senior financial leadership
• Strong analytical, strategical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understand of financial operations, industry regulatory requirements and accounting principals
• Lead and develop high performing teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
• Experience with International companies
