We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and end-user-oriented Change Management Lead, to join our Finance, IT and Global Business Services (GBS) community. This position is based at our Stockholm headquarters and operates on a global level.
- Work seamlessly with business development, project management office and continuous improvement to design, lead and follow up on change management initiatives across Finance, IT, Legal and GBS
- Support the Global Change Management function to develop, coordinate and drive upskilling opportunities in change management, through local and global key networks within Finance, IT, Legal and GBS
- Share Change Management best practices to help co-create and design change communication and engagement plans, connected to strategic priorities, with leaders and teams and evaluate how well outcomes match the targeted impact
- Facilitate awareness and training sessions in Finance/IT/Legal/GBS for teams and leaders to leverage tools and exercises, or “train the trainers” that support adoption of change
- Be data driven in the approach through facilitating, utilizing and encouraging adoption of surveys, feedback systems and retrospectives to follow up on impact of change activities performed
- Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders (i.e. prepare sponsor communication) support and guide in a pragmatic way, what change management tools and method can be applied and when
- Drive Change communication activities together with Communications department for Finance/IT/Legal/GBS in strategic initiatives
Strategic Planning
- Create actionable change management plans in close cooperation with project management, integrating change activities into the project plans
- Collect and prepare material for planning sessions (content, assignments, exercises, insights, and data)
- Facilitate sessions, summarize the outcomes, and instruct on next steps
- Arrange working groups and set expectations on the schedule and upcoming tasks with senior leaders and working groups
- Create/initiate communication material to drive awareness of strategic plans beyond Finance, IT, Legal, GBS and project teams, to create transparency and goal alignment across the company
- Academic degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 10 years of relevant experience (e.g. project management, continuous improvement and change management), of which 5+ years fully dedicated to change management
- Experience from stakeholder management in international and globally matrixed organizations
- Experience in agile ways of working in practice
- Ability to alternate between strategic and operational contributions
- Coaching, facilitation and presentation skills to distill complex issues into a clear path forward
- Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a strong plus
- A background in Finance is also a valuable merit
