As head of you will lead a group of cross-functional engineers, hire senior talent, collaborate with tech , Operations, Finance and External consulting to define roadmaps, provide technical leadership and coaching for engineers across the entirety of the Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse management system (ERP & WMS ) landscape.
- Lead and manage the ERP and Financial Systems team to support and improve the existing solution and set up scalable systems and processes
- Provide Strategic Direction; assess the existing ERP solution and develop and deliver a portfolio of improvement projects according to business needs
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in Finance and IT to deliver a first-class Finance Systems solution
- Lead ERP implementations and rollouts to subsidiaries and other Business Units
- Set up and drive continuous improvement for the Enterprise Applications and related business processes and drive ERP support
- Experienced Head of ERP, Business Systems Manager or Enterprise Applications Lead. It would also suit an experienced ERP Programme Manager or Finance Systems Programme Director
- 5+ years of professional experience in ERP / Financial Systems / Warehouse management systems
- Experience setting up, leading and running Core Financial Systems or ERP Departments
- ERP or Financial System Transformation project experience
- Excellent knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes; R2R, P2P, O2C
- Experience working in a fast-paced international environment, ideally in an international scale-up company
- Strong communication skills and an international mindset, capable of working in a highly dynamic working culture
