We are assisting our client, a multinational Business Service Solution Provider, in their search for a talented professional to join their growing team as the Head of Accounting, Regional. This key leadership role will drive financial excellence, foster operational efficiency, and ensure compliance across multiple business units, and fully responsible for the Finance Shared Service Centre operation.

• Managing the full set of accounts and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, etc.
• Monitoring the operation of overseas shared service centers.
• Establishing and maintaining robust accounting systems and internal controls to ensure accurate financial and operational processes.
• Providing comprehensive financial reports to key stakeholders, including the management team and shareholders.
• Collaborating with external accountants and auditors on financial statements, tax returns, and specialized advice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 8 years relevant experience, at least 3 years at Big 4 / 2nd tier audit firm
• Extensive knowledge of financial accounting (AP, AR), accounting systems, and internal controls to ensure accuracy in financial and operational processes.
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese languages, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel frequently is required
