We are seeking a Head of Shared Services to join a vibrant media company on a maternity leave contract. This role requires expertise in PTRS (Preservation, Transformation, and Restoration Services) and a strong background in managing teams across different locations.

• Lead and oversee the shared services function to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, both onshore and offshore, to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service quality.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a large company, with a focus on shared services and offshore team management.
• Knowledge of PTRS processes and technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
