Your new role as Chief Shared Services Officer for HR, Procurement, and IT is a senior executive position responsible for overseeing and managing shared services functions across multiple departments within our client organisation. This role involves ensuring the efficient delivery of HR, Procurement, and IT services to support the company’s strategic objectives.

• Strategic Leadership & Strategy Development, ensuring service delivery across HR, Procurement & IT, implementing a mentality of continuous improvement, vendor and finance /budget management and people management.
• In addition you will collaborate with IT to integrate technology solutions that enhance shared services delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in HR, procurement, and IT functions

• You have an outstanding career with experience across the three main functions – the last years you have been in senior management.
• You have experience managing complex global operations with extensive experience in strategic planning and operational excellence.
• You are degree educated, however an MBA would be preferred.
