Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Hire to Retire Operations Lead!
- Lead HRO and payroll operations team for multiple clients
- Optimize HR shared services with automation and agile deployment approach.
- Advance HR shared services achieving services & financial expectations.
- Ensure adherence to service levels as agreed for the respective processes.
- Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
- Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis.
- Drive regular governance with client retained regional shared services leads and client global shared services leader + in-country HR teams.
- Drive change management in the organization to assure the success and adoption of the HR service delivery operating model.
- Manage and implement the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) to ensure the client’s critical functions and operations are maintained during unforeseen events or disruptions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream (Preferably master’s in human resources)
Preferred Qualification/skills
- Relevant years of experience in managing Hire to Retire Operations for a complex organization either with BPO or for captive.
- End-to-end knowledge and deep understanding of HR and payroll processes is a must requirement.
- Deep understanding of quality & compliance to local laws & regulations is necessary requirement.
- Strong customer engagement and presentation skills
- Exposure on HR transformation projects for Life sciences industry
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult client Interactions.
