The Head of Record-to-Report (RTR) is to lead, manage and develop the entire RTR team in the Shared Service Centre in Malaysia.

As the Subject Matter Expert and Owner of the RTR function, it is his / her responsibility to ensure that the entire end-to-end RTR activities and function are performed effectively and efficiently by the RTR team.

Furthermore, it is also his / her responsibility to continuously drive continuous / process improvements initiatives together with his / her RTR team to ensure continuous enhancements can be implemented so that the entire end-to-end RTR activities and function can further be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Beyond RTR, he / she has the responsibility to also work very closely with his / her peers and Top Management across APAC and/or even Globally to further achieve the roadmap that is set for the Shared Service Centre to elevate it to greater heights.

• Possess a membership with a professional accounting body i.e. MIA / CPA / ACCA / ICAEW.
• Possess proven track record in end-to-end RTR and continuous / process improvements.
• Possess impeccable English and proven track record in communication with Top Management and various global stakeholders.
• Possess proven track record in people management.
