Our client is an ambitious PLC currently going through an extended hyper-growth cycle, with over 30% CAGR (2020 – 2023) and an expected 20% YoY growth for the foreseeable future. Reporting to the CFO and management team. This is the #2 role in a 40-person finance team.

With this in mind, the business is evolving and transforming finance into a gold-standard future setup. As such, they require an experienced senior finance professional with the ability to set up a finance function to report timely the quarterly and annual financials.

• Set up a finance team and structure
• Build finance to reflect a Shared Service Centre Model
• Own AP, AR, Taxation and treasury team
• Ensure SOX and IFRS compliance

• ACA/ACCA Accountant – 10 years PQE
• Ability to manage large teams
• Internal stakeholder management
• Work on your own initiative and attention to detail
• Open to travelling to US (2x a year)
• Project management
