We are looking for an experienced HR Global Center Manager, who will play a key role in leading, improving, and monitoring HR operations in Global Center Gdynia (Poland). This includes owning the entire execution of service operations, from Service Level Agreements delivery, headcount, process excellence, to managing escalations and budgeting. To succeed in this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our local HR teams, global HR network and stakeholders. You’ll support our business to ensure that we provide excellent HR service.

• Overseeing the entire Global Center HR Shared Service Operations
• Coordinating and ensures the delivery of services in line with Service Level Agreements, internal procedures, applicable legislation
• Monitoring service performance and following up on metric results
• Collaborating on global services and projects, working closely with our Regional Centers.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources-related academic credentials preferred; relevant professional experience in lieu of an advanced degree considered)
• Significant professional leadership/management experience. Prior experience in a shared services environment is mandatory.
• Strong HR knowledge and decisiveness supporting the business management
• Good understanding of underlying HR IT-infrastructure, HR technologies and current HR digital trends
• Demonstrable experience in a large, international organization involving substantial change and change management is highly preferred
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Polish is required.
