As the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the Data Pool Run function, you will be in charge to maintain and develop harmonized and standardized processes. You will also focus on service provider management, budget management, people management, partner management, and incident, problem, and change management for Finance on a global scale.

• Manage and improve data model and processes on a global scale
• Lead the team to contribute to improved data quality, operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and overall organizational success through management and optimization of global processes
• Serve as a liaison between the Finance and IT departments
  • Manage providers, including budget oversight
  • Handle incident management, which involves prioritization and tracking
  • Guide process optimization through brainstorming, prioritization, and solution design
• Spearhead progress for automation and AI use cases; identify shared services use cases
• Develop functional concepts, such as training or authorization concepts

• Have 7+ years of relevant business experience
• Advance expertise working with data pool or data warehouse solutions
• Have a background in overseeing individuals with direct reporting responsibilities
• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT
• Demonstrated proficiency in global service provider management, budget oversight, people management, and partner engagement
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices
• Proficiency in the English language
• Capacity to collaborate across diverse teams and departments
• Competence in utilizing relevant software and tools for finance data management
• Bonus: Previous experience in several operations (e.g. Operations, Finance, Digital/Tech) is a plus
