You will be part of the Global Business Process team and report to the Head of Business Process who is based in Schaffhausen. In this newly created role, you will be the responsible owner for the Source to Pay business process definition, implementation, and documentation on a global scale.

• Divisional coordinator and expert for Source to Pay (S2P); responsible for the optimal end-to-end divisional solution
• Leading the definition of global and local user requirements and promoting, protecting, and maintaining the integrity of the global process and solution design, especially for Strategy Definition/ CAPEX approval (indirect spend), Vendor Approval/ Supplier Data Management, Supplier selection, Contract management, Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order and Accounts Payables
• Working closely with the S2P GBPO, business integration manager, S2P process/regional specialists, and other Business Process Managers to ensure the integrity and consistency of the process model
• Coordinating the pilot and driving the full rollout of the new process design for Source to Pay globally together with the process and regional specialist
• Ensuring the right training and change management approach during the pilot and rollout
• Driving holistic end-to-end-process improvement and monitoring of process performance especially also from the perspective of how to drive implementation of shared services in Source to Pay
• Responsible for documentation of Processes Level 4, Key Design Decisions, and User Stories
• Responsible for the ongoing governance around the process design and shared service implementation, coordinating the changes globally to ensure continual harmonization

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 6 years of concrete experience as an expert for Source to Pay business processes (is a must)
• Experience in Procurement (at least 6-8 years), out of which 2 years in Procurement Excellence and 3 years in Shared Services implementation
• Experience in Process mapping tools like Nimbus or Signavio, and procurement tools like Ariba, Jaagaer or Coupa
• Good project coordination and management skills
• Ideally experienced in using respective SAP or other system solutions
• Proactive leader with high commitment, clear communication skills, flexible and open-minded
• Organized to work independently and responsible towards the project or cultural objectives
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
